Born and bred in Leicestershire, UK, she’s worked behind the scenes managing legendary artists Andy C and Adam F, not to mention her work freelancing at Kiss FM, BBC Radio 1xtra and Asian Network. Alongside being the host of Drum & Bass Radio on Spotify (the current #1 show with music on the platform), Laurie is also known widely for becoming the first and currently only female to host the BBC Radio 1 Drum & Bass Show.

I thought it would be super cool to turn the tables and interview the person behind most of the DnB artist interviews I’ve seen over the last few years. I'm so grateful that Laurie came on the show!! This was our first time chatting live, and I hope you enjoy the conversation as much as I did.
